Summary: The hotel features a minimalist design, but the overall quality didn’t feel up to the standards of a true 5-star property. It aligns more with lifestyle or design hotels rather than established luxury hotels. While there were plenty of staff members around, the service was inconsistent and often left me wondering what they were actually doing. Despite the best efforts of some individuals, there seemed to be a noticeable lack of direction and management. The atmosphere carried a strong “new money” vibe, which may not appeal to those seeking understated elegance and true hospitality!
